If you have more than one child that is interested, please fill out a separate form for each child.

Filling out this form puts you in a queue for a spot in our summer program. This list is on a first-come, first-serve basis and being put on a waitlist may occur. 

Following the virtual meeting, an invitation to register may be extended.  

Registration for any program is not confirmed until the registration fee and deposit are paid.
